Tag Creation, Validation and Signing Utility

TagVault.org offers members a tag creation, validation and signing utility. This utility was developed by Third Eye (http://www.thirdeyecss.com/) in conjunction with TagVault.org. 

This utility:

• Offers both a standard windowing interface, for interactive use, and a command line interface, for integration into software publishers' automated build processes
• Works on a variety of platforms, ensuring the availability of software tags is not compromised
• Validates input information and creates a valid standard-compliant software tag
