SWID Tag Development Team

The ISO/IEC 19770-2:2009 standard was created by a group of dedicated volunteers making up an ISO Other Working Group (OWG). They came from organizations representing a wide range of members of the SAM eco-system including:

• SAM practitioners
• SAM consultants
• SAM tool providers
• SAM service providers
• Software publishers

The group of volunteers represented eco-system members with differing requirements, allowing us to come together as a community to define a standard that meets the needs of all SAM eco-system members.

The following individuals (and the companies that supported their volunteer efforts) deserve recognition for a job well done.  Without the tireless efforts of these volunteers, the ISO/IEC 19770-2:2009 standard would not be as complete and effective as it is.  Member names and the companies they work for are listed below.  Those members listed in bold acted as sub-committee leads.
